Bangladesh has a better Parameter in Human Development than India | Report Says

Dear readers,
How are you today ? Its so cold here in Dhaka today.

Anyway, today I was reading a Bangla daily Newspaper and found an interesting report that was: "The Indian Nobel laureate Professor Amartya Sen elaborated on the need to rectify the place of women in India and spoke of how Bangladesh has overtaken India in every parameter of human development"....

Later, after a little bit searching on Google, I found the original NEWS Report from the website of the famous Indian NEWS portal the Times of India. The original headline of the report was, "Amartya Sen shocked over politicians comments on Delhi gang rape".

In the whole story says, Professor Amartya Sen has expressed a deep shock at some suggestions made by the politicians in the wake of the horrific gang rape in New Delhi. He said this at the G L Mehta memorial lecture titled 'India: A defence and a critique', at IIT-Bombay on Saturday, 5 January, 2013.

In the middle of the report says that Professor Sen gave a little comparison during his speech with India and Bangladesh depending on the parameter of Human Development. Below are the whole paragraph taken from the original report.
Sen spoke at length in the lecture that lasted for an hour and a half. He elaborated on the need to rectify the place of women in India and spoke of how Bangladesh has overtaken India in every parameter of human development, which has a lot to do with gender equality. "In Bangladesh's politics, gender equality became increasingly important," Sen said. "Not too long ago Bangladesh was behind India on all indices. Today Bangladesh is the only country with more girls in schools than boys. It has a higher life expectancy, lower mortality rates and women in the labor force.''

Dear readers,
I am an ordinary people like you. I born in Bangladesh, I live in Bangladesh, I love Bangladesh and I will.... And the man behind the news is a famous Indian Nobel laureate Professor Amartya Sen. So, I have nothing to say about his speech, what you think ? You are welcomed to make your own comments.

But I can say one thing, that our country is really going to change, because all the people of Bangladesh want to see the change. Recently on 18th December, 2013 the famous British online Newspaper The Gurdian published another report. The report said something positive about Bangladesh, it says about the New Wave of Economies going for growth, As even brics plateau, other country, from BAngladesh to Mexico coming up fast and could overtake the west by 2050Bangladesh is going to make her own place in the top 20.
